Lisa Archambeau, CAM

Lisa Archambeau is vice president, facilitator and strategist for ServiceElements International, Inc. and is a member of NBAA’s Business Aviation Managers Committee (BAMC).

Archambeau’s multidimensional career history in the business aviation industry spans over thirty years, beginning as an apprentice aviation mechanic. She served as a scheduler for FlightSafety International, where she later became program manager and facilitator for Service Excellence Training. She was the director of outside sales for FirstFlight Aircraft Management and Charter, and later served as business development manager and new hire sales trainer for Universal Weather & Aviation.

Archambeau is a Certified Flight Instructor who has put her passion for educating, coaching and creating adult experiential learning programs to effective use at ServiceElements.

Dan Wolfe

Dan Wolfe is a facilitator, coach and consultant with ServiceElements. Wolfe brings 30+ years of experience as VP/GM of the Nationwide Aviation Business Center, where he was established as a visionary leader and trusted business advisor. In addition, he is an experienced ATP pilot and A&P with over 15,000 hours flying, both international and domestic.

 

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
