Connect on LinkedInLori Curless pursued her childhood dream of being in aviation, spurred on by her pilot father and grandfather, and now hopes to share that dream with young people. A dual degree in aviation management and flight in college led her to focus on airport management, especially within the small airport community. With years of experience as a successful airport manager and director, Curless said her most rewarding days are those sharing her passion for aviation with kids, hosting field trips and community days and as an EAA Young Eagles coordinator.
“The excitement kids experience at the airport is contagious,” Curless said. “It reignites my enthusiasm too and reminds me how lucky I am to get to do this every day.”
