There, he worked in safety assurance and auditing processes, realizing there was a lot of great opportunity to apply those same safety practices to the business aviation space. Now he is the lead on almost all aspects of the company’s safety program.
“What I’ve come to appreciate in business aviation is the general willingness and openness to trying new solutions to common or rising challenges,” McGuire said. “There are a lot of unique challenges to business aviation compared to airline operations, especially as it relates to safety, but I’ve always encountered more of a creative attitude by those in business aviation to perfect a long-term solution.”
