Workforce sessions at this year’s NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), set for Oct. 22-24 in Las Vegas, NV, will examine how management culture, diversity and inclusion, female leaders and how military veterans can help alleviate staffing shortages across the business aviation industry.

“The workforce sessions are an important and successful part of NBAA’s effort to educate members and the broader aviation community on key issues affecting demand for pilots, technicians, flight attendants and other business aviation professionals,” said Jo Damato, CAM, NBAA vice president, educational strategy and workforce development. “Our expert panelists will equip you with the tools to attract and retain the staff to help your department excel now as well as the tools to help you stay relevant and to grow and be successful in the future.”
