NBAA provides meeting rooms space at the Henry B. González Convention Center exclusively to confirmed 2022 NBAA Maintenance Conference exhibitors for a nominal fee.

Meeting rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and this form must be completed in order for your meeting space request to be considered.

Meeting Room Fees
Full-day rental 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. $1,200
Half-day rental 8 a.m. – 12 p.m.
1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
$650

A standard room set is included with the meeting room fee, however additional items like catering, audio-visual, custom furnishings, signage (restrictions/limitations apply) marketing and promotion of meetings are the sole responsibility of the company using the room.

NBAA makes every effort to provide meeting rooms that are appropriate in location, size, and set in the manner requested. Companies requesting large meeting spaces may require multiple rooms to be combined and the final room fee will reflect the number of combined rooms as if reserved individually.

Requests for room set changes will result in additional charges, so please plan accordingly. Any changes to the requested start or end times may incur additional fees. Room rental times should be selected considering necessary setup and tear-down time. Special requests should be provided to NBAA in advance so that we can best facilitate your request.

Payments will be processed upon completion of the 2022 NBAA Maintenance Conference Meeting Room Request Form. Final approval and confirmation details including room number and order information for additional services (audio-visual and food/beverage, etc) will be issued after full payment is received.

Note: Meeting room cancellations made after room confirmations have been issued are not eligible for a refund.
