When Syed Ali showed an early aptitude for maintenance, originally working on his own car, a family member working in the aerospace industry suggested he try aircraft maintenance. Ali attended an A&P school across the street from his childhood home before working at a component repair station, where he learned to speak business aviation. Now, he enjoys the fast-paced nature of business aviation and giving people new to the industry an opportunity, helping those with the right skills and attitude to get started in the industry.

“I love the rush of going out on a call and not knowing what to expect. I’ve never had a dull moment in my career,” said Ali. “I also appreciate the can-do attitude of my colleagues.”
