Silent Auction Donation Form – 2023 NBAA Maintenance Conference

Use the form below to donate an item for the 2023 NBAA Maintenance Conference.

Contributions to the silent auction are in the form of the proceeds realized from the sale of the donor’s donation at the auction. All ownership rights and title to equipment shall remain with the donor up to, and until, the donor or its agent transfers title to the successful bidder.

The donor shall be responsible for the costs of delivery of items to the Connecticut Convention Center.

Donors should use the Advanced Warehouse Shipping Label addressed to "NBAA Silent Auction Booth #743."

Items must be shipped to arrive between April 3 and April 24.

Items that cannot be received by April 24 must be hand delivered to NBAA staff at the convention center.
