NBAA Endeavor Group

Where Everyone Is Welcome

The NBAA Endeavor Group is a working group of the Business Aviation Management Committee (BAMC), with members from a broad range of companies within the business aviation community. The group’s mission is to advocate, educate and collaborate in building and nurturing an inclusive aviation community among NBAA members and the industry.

We aim to create a foundation where leaders have the resources to proactively become more diverse, equitable and inclusive by identifying and mitigating bias, sharing success stories, as well as best practices to enact changes while reinforcing the need for it to be an ongoing and constant effort.

Our work will speak to learners and leaders, small flight departments, large flight departments, small companies, large companies, and other industry stakeholders, including aircraft owners and operators.
