Cancellation Policy: Please email your cancellation or substitution request to
registration@nbaa.org. A $30 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations to paid convention registrations. A 10% processing fee will be charged for cancellations for all PDP Courses; the Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference; and the Single Pilot Safety Standdown networking lunch. Cancellations must be received in writing on or prior to Oct. 18, 2019.
There will be no refunds after Oct. 18, 2019.
Name substitutions for badge registrations are permitted prior to badges being issued. Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge. NBAA may remove from the event, and deny reentry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.
Attendee Service Center
Attendees who have already registered for NBAA-BACE can access the Attendee Service Center to add additional courses or locate their invoice for NBAA-BACE. The Attendee Service Center can be accessed through the link provided in their confirmation email. Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
