Food & Beverage

The food we eat has an impact on the environment. Meat and dairy production tend to be more resource-intensive than plant-based foods, which puts pressure on land, water and the climate.
Packaging from food and beverage catering plays a large part of the expo waste diversion rate. While single-use and pre-packaged items may be easy to use, they have a large negative impact.
