9:30 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.	Political Outlook for Business Aviation in 2023 and Beyond Presenter: Ed Bolen, NBAA President & CEO Join NBAA leadership for a discussion of the key legislative, regulatory and operational issues facing the business aviation industry. Learn how to get involved and be a strong advocate for business aviation.
10:45 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.	Turning Environmental Challenges into Opportunities: Why Not Environmental Sustainability? Moderator: Stewart D’Leon, CAM, NBAA Join members of the NBAA’s Environmental Subcommittee for an informative discussion highlighting the perceived challenges and emerging solutions surrounding environmental sustainability. They will also recap the first year of NBAA’s Sustainable Flight Department Accreditation Program and provide an overview of lessons learned.
1:15 p.m. – 2 p.m.	Resources for Your Region: Get Involved and Make a Difference in the Northeast Are you looking for ways to get more connected with other aviation professionals in your area? Do you want to find a new leadership opportunity? Or are you trying to become more involved within your community? Join the leadership teams of Northeast local and regional groups and discover the broad range of possibilities that can expand your career.
2:15 p.m. – 3 p.m.	Upcoming Summer Travel Season: New Routes, Tips and Tricks Sponsored by NBAA Business Aviation Insider Moderator: Heidi Williams, NBAA Experts offer guidance and best practices to mitigate severe weather conditions. They’ll discuss new routes affecting the Northeast region and provide suggestions for more efficient travel during the upcoming season.
3:15 p.m. – 3:55 p.m.	Your Journey: Career Advancement and Personal Sustainability Moderator: Shelley Svoren, International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA) This session helps business aviation professionals learn how to ask for what they want in their careers while working to sustain themselves personally.
