• NBAA is seeking ideas for education sessions at the 2024 NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE), which will take place Oct. 22-24, 2024, in Las Vegas, NV. NBAA is looking for world-class presentations that will evoke excitement and are focused on forward progress and future growth, as we gather to connect opportunities and celebrate growth in private and business aviation.

Education session proposals should feature these key elements:

    • Peer-to-peer learning
    • Highly interactive
    • Live/interactive polling
    • Adult learning best practices

Special consideration will be given to proposals on the following topics:

    • Workforce and leadership development
    • Emerging technologies
    • Sustainability
    • Futurist – forward-thinking subjects

For 2024, the NBAA-BACE education session selection committee will be composed of NBAA staff members. If your proposal is selected to move forward, you will be contacted directly with the available opportunity.

Roughly 35 education sessions will be selected to present in-person at NBAA-BACE in Las Vegas. These sessions will be 60 minutes in length.

Presentations must be educational in nature and may not market a company's product, service or branding.

In order to ensure the highest quality presentations and content, proposals must include the names and qualifications of all speakers or panelists who would be presenting.

Education session proposals are due to NBAA by June 9, 2024. NBAA will make selections by July 17, 2024.
