How do you lead, and get people to follow you? How can you make a positive difference in your own life and in the lives of others? How can you be recognized as a leader in your organization? Find out the answers to these questions and increase your own personal leadership competencies. The instructor will be Scott A. Moore, Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with Moore Life Leadership. Moore is a former Air Force officer, aviation department manager, NBAA board member and recognized expert on values-based leadership. In this course, you will learn how to lead and inspire your coworkers by creating a personal leadership vision. You will interact with others and practice the communication skills needed to increase connection with the people in your life. You will learn how to live, work and lead in alignment with your core values by investing in your ability to lead and inspire others.

This course covers NBAA PDP leadership objectives L1 and L2.

This course is eligible for CAM application and recertification credit.

An Interview With Kevin LaRosa II

Watch a live NBAA Flight Plan podcast recording between NBAA podcast host, Rob Finfrock and Kevin LaRosa II, aerial coordinator and stunt pilot.

LaRosa is a third-generation pilot and second-generation aerial coordinator and stunt pilot. Known for his work on major blockbusters like “Top-Gun: Maverick” (2022), “Devotion” (2022) “The Avengers” (2012), “Iron Man” (2005) and “Transformers: The Last Knight” (2017), LaRosa has worked on more than 100 motion picture and commercial productions.

By the time he was 18, LaRosa was a commercially rated helicopter and multi-engine fixed-wing pilot, and today he is one of Hollywood’s most sought-after stunt pilots and aerial coordinators – who is certified and trained annually in a multitude of aircraft. He also holds type ratings in several Learjet models in addition to the C-130/ L-382 Hercules and the Sikorsky S-70/ UH-60, as well as an FAA Part 107 UAS rating for flying unmanned aircraft.

With his new company XBrand, LLC (Advanced Aviation Cinematography) LaRosa is determined to innovate and improve the tools that are used for aerial storytelling.
