Greg Wooldridge – also known as “Boss” – is a highly respected leader, known for his ability to build high-performing teams based on communication, trust and teamwork. His heart-driven approach proved to be a perfect match for the Blue Angel’s culture of excellence, where he successfully led three teams through times of difficult transition. Inspired by his success, Wooldridge now shares his methods to empower individuals and teams on their journey towards high performance.

In flight candidate school, he learned camaraderie from his classmates, an emotion that helped elevate individual performance through team effort. Later, as commander of a carrier squadron, Wooldridge recognized the potential of a motivated team and its ability to perform at maximum efficiency. After being selected as Blue Angel’s CO, Wooldridge experienced taking his dreams and beliefs to new heights. His success illustrates how any organization can redefine high performance.

Dr. Amy D. Grubb is an internationally acclaimed keynote speaker who has presented numerous keynote addresses and workshops on leadership, organizational culture, change, performance, working with others, and storytelling. With over two decades of experience at the FBI and direct involvement with three C-level functions, including CHRO, CFO and CIO roles, Dr. Grubb brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation Advisor to the Chief Information Officer at the FBI and founder of Organizational Insights, LLC. Dr. Grubb has spearheaded numerous change initiatives within the FBI, playing a pivotal role in its post-9/11 cultural transformation and ongoing digital evolution.

A two-time FBI Director’s Award for Excellence recipient, she built the organizational development function at the FBI as well as led the development and implementation of an integrated leadership development program for all employees at all stages of the employment lifecycle, for which she was awarded the SIOP/SHRM HR Impact Award. A respected figure in her field, Dr. Grubb’s insights have influenced both the public and private sectors, making her a sought-after executive coach and advisor. With a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Dr. Grubb’s expertise is backed by academic rigor and practical application, making her an invaluable asset in navigating the complexities of modern organizations.
