Janine K. Iannarelli established Par Avion Ltd. in 1997 in Houston, Texas. She has more than 35 years of business aviation experience and with particular expertise in international aircraft sales and marketing. She is routinely sought out for informed commentary on sales trends in the new and pre-owned global marketplace for aircraft, the importance of STEM education to the future of aerospace and career opportunities, general travel advice and expertise as well as other business aviation-related matters. Memberships and Committee Chair

Iannarelli is a member of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA), the European Business Aviation Association (EBAA), Women in Aviation International, and the American Marketing Association. In 2016, Iannarelli was invited to serve on the EBAA Associate Member’s Sales and Acquisition committee providing her expert advice and counsel on international sales transactions and in 2017, she was appointed Chair. In 2019, Iannarelli was named Vice Chair of the EBAA’s Associate Members Advisory Council (AMAC) and in 2023 was elected Chair, representing 583 associate members. She regularly attends industry–related seminars and conferences sponsored by NBAA, EBAA, Professional Aviation Maintenance Association (PAMA), various manufacturers, aviation product vendors, and industry trade and air shows, including the NBAA convention, EBACE and the Paris Air Show, which focuses on military, commercial and business aviation. In addition, she regularly serves as a panelist and presenter at industry events that focus on current valuations and trends in the new and pre-owned global marketplace for aircraft as well as a regular guest commentator on mainstream and aviation-focused radio programs and podcasts.

In 2016, Iannarelli was reappointed to and named as Chair by Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas Aerospace and Aviation Advisory Committee for which former Governor Rick Perry originally appointed her, serving in this capacity through Spring 2020.

Acknowledgements and Honors

In 2013, KRIV Fox 26 TV’s Lone Star Spirit segment recognized Iannarelli for continuing to support Houston-area charities, in spite of challenging economic times. She was featured on the cover of the November/December 2013 edition of Aviation for Women Magazine. Awards and recognition include being named a Great Woman of Texas by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2011; named by the Texas Women’s Chamber of Commerce as one of the final four for the Texas Business Woman of the Year in 2016 and 2017; one of three inducted into the Aviation Hall of Fame of New Jersey in 2016; named among the “99” finalists for inclusion to the National Aviation Hall of Fame of Dayton, Ohio, 2016-present; honored by Texas Executive Women as a Woman on the Move in 2016; and is among those named by Enterprising Women Magazine as a 2017 Enterprising Women of the Year Champion. Also in 2017, Iannarelli was one of four Houston-area women honored for being leaders in STEM-related fields by Girlstart and was named one of Houston’s 50 Most Influential Women by Houston Woman Magazine Iannarelli was nominated for and accepted as an American Leadership Forum Fellow for Class LV, composed of approximately 25 other accomplished business and community leaders, becoming a Fellow in 2022.

Education

A 1983 graduate of Montclair State University in New Jersey, Iannarelli earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a minor in psychology.
