Kellie Rittenhouse – CAM Fellow

Kellie Rittenhouse, CAM, is an accomplished aviation professional, currently serving as the Director of Aviation at Hangar Aviation Management. With a strong background in the industry, has been an integral part of the CAM Governing Board.

Based at the Oakland County International Airport (PTK) in Waterford, MI, Hangar Aviation Management is an aviation services company that supports a fleet of four aircraft with a domestic and international travel profile for both business and personal use. Rittenhouse’s dedication to the aviation community extends beyond her role as the Director of Aviation. She is actively involved in shaping the future of business aviation as the Chair of the Michigan Business Aviation Association’s (MBAA) Board of Directors.

Her passion for aviation was sparked during her time as a part-time customer service representative at a family owned flight school and FBO in Bloomington, IL. Since then, she has become a licensed dispatcher and has previously chaired the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee. In her role as the Director of Customer Relations, she realized the gap between aircraft owners and operations is quite wide.

Rittenhouse has a unique ability to bridge the gap between technical jargon and plain language, making complex aviation concepts accessible to everyone. She recognizes and appreciates the collective effort of individuals who contribute to the success of business aviation, and she advocates for their recognition and acknowledgment. Her dedication to safety, customer service and inclusive communication has made her a driving force in the industry, and her contributions continue to elevate business aviation to new heights.
