Winston Carter – CAM Fellow

Winston Carter has worked in corporate aviation for 25 years serving in various capacities from managing the scheduler/dispatcher function for Fortune 50 organizations to sales engineering for one of the biggest corporate aircraft OEMs. He is currently the Chief of Flight Coordination for the aviation function of a family office.

Carter served on the NBAA Schedulers & Dispatchers Committee and chaired the S&D Advisory Council. Earning his CAM in 2015, Carter was elected to the CAM Governing Board in 2016.

He holds a B.S. in Aeronautics from Emory-Riddle Aeronautical University, an M.S. in Transportation Science from Fairleigh Dickenson University in NJ and has completed post-graduate work in Meteorology at Penn State University.

Carter proudly served in the U.S. Air Force during the Desert Storm/Desert Shield Campaign.
