Through the generous donations of member companies and industry leaders, the NBAA Business Aviation Management Committee offers the Leadership Conference Scholarship to enable qualified business aviation professionals to attend NBAA’s Leadership Conference.The 2025 Leadership Conference will be held on Jan. 27-29, 2025 in Amelia Island, FL.
Attendance at the NBAA Leadership Conference promotes the professional development of individuals seeking careers in flight department management. Those who currently work in the business aviation industry and who meet the requirements below are encouraged to apply. Applications will be reviewed and evaluated based upon the career planning and progress of the individual toward a leadership career.
This scholarship will be redeemable under the conditions established by NBAA and its donors. Each recipient will be granted complimentary registration to the 2024 NBAA Leadership Conference and a small stipend for travel. Applicants are limited to receiving one award per person every other year; i.e., recipients of a 2024 scholarship are not eligible to apply for the 2025 awards, but they will be eligible again in subsequent years.

Donors who contribute more than $500 will be listed on NBAA’s website as well as in the press release announcing the scholarship winners for the award year.
