Connect on LinkedInJustin Lobb has had a lifetime passion for aviation since childhood, but it wasn’t until 2008 and his first NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) that he was introduced to business aviation. He was hooked. Since that time, he’s overseen numerous successful initiatives in the industry, including a project that resulted in a new $16 million, two-story general aviation terminal building and apron expansion at Marco Island Executive Airport.
“I find the interactions I have and overall sense of camaraderie by all within the industry to be particularly rewarding, from pilots and crews, customers, support providers and colleagues,” said Lobb. “The sense of optimism for the future of business aviation is palpable and there’s no better time to be a part of it all.”
Lobb was a founding member of a new training committee for the Florida Airports Council formed to develop a uniform training platform for Florida airport managers. He also worked on airport master plan updates and local airport land use compatibility initiatives for the betterment of the business aviation community and a higher quality of life for local residents.
