Connect on LinkedInRobert Johnson has always been fascinated with airplanes, though he began his career in the automotive industry. In 2011, he got his A&P certificate and started to live his aviation dream. Johnson appreciates that business aircraft are actually business tools. The industry also is more personal, providing opportunities to build relationships with customers and colleagues. Now as a senior customer service manager, he acts as a liaison between customers and the shop floor.
“I enjoy interacting with our customers while creating and fostering relationships,” Johnson said. “My most important objective is for customers to leave safely and have an experience they’ll remember forever.”
