When Ashley Charnley, who has a background in marketing, was looking for an exciting industry to start her career after college, she found one – business aviation. It didn’t take long at OGARAJETS for her to realize she was in the right place. Twelve years after starting as a marketing coordinator, Charnley now runs the day-to-day business of the company.
“I have never been exposed to people who are so passionate about their work and in helping others grow,” Charnley said of the business aviation community. “From the clients we have the privilege to work with to colleagues who come to work excited every day, I was bitten by the bug quickly! It’s fascinating to work with people who genuinely love what they do.”
