Drawing inspiration from his grandpa and hero, WWII fighter pilot Lewis D. Baylor, Ken Baylor knew what he wanted to do with his life at a young age. Now two decades into his career, Baylor has applied his wide experience in Part 91 and 135 operations while earning the NBAA Air Traffic Services Training Award in 2014 and his Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) certification in 2015. Now, at NextEra Energy, Baylor helps others in their time of need.

“My current position affords me the unique opportunity to direct assets straight into the aftermath of many natural disasters to facilitate immediate recovery efforts,” Baylor said. “These moments are often tough, but it’s amazing to see numerous organizations come together – especially in the business aviation space – to make people whole again.”
