Connect on LinkedInDespite a childhood love for aviation, Max Grover, CAM, found business aviation by accident through an internship making sales calls for a jet card provider. That internship led to a network of mentors and exposure to industry events and it was love at first sight. Grover enjoyed 13 years flying and managing safety for Dell Technologies before moving into a new role flying large-cabin international operations. He also serves as an IS-BAO auditor, completing safety audits worldwide.
“For me, there is no question that the most rewarding aspect of business aviation is being around the people that comprise our community,” Grover said. “Business aviation seems to attract people that exude innovative spirit, intense discipline and intrinsic care. I’m thankful every day that I get to see these qualities in action and learn from those around me.”
