Nominations will be reviewed by the NBAA YoPro Council who will select 40 outstanding individuals to represent the broad diversity of disciplines within our industry. The selection process takes place in June 2024. Winners will be notified confidentially by a representative from the NBAA YoPro Council in July 2024. Winners must keep their Business Aviation Top 40 Under 40 status confidential until the full winner list is released on Oct. 18, 2024, prior to the NBAA Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE) in Las Vegas. Winners may not be announced on social media platforms or any other manner until after the full winner list is released by NBAA. Tips for nominating a YoPro: Nominees must be born on or after Jan. 1, 1984. Do not nominate yourself. These submissions will not be reviewed. Provide as much detail as possible. The YoPro Council solely chooses winners based on the information provided. Include information that provides insight about the candidate's successful career, their industry/community involvement and their passion for the business aviation industry. Be specific. Use detailed information when writing about titles, organizations, committees, work experience, etc. If your candidate is selected, they will be contacted by a representative from the NBAA YoPro Council.
