Involved with the customer experience from the moment guests walk in the front door, Murphy loves building connections with her passengers and sharing her passion for aviation with them.
Recognizing the trust given to Murphy by coworkers and passengers inspires her to challenge herself and grow as a pilot. Outside of the workday, she remains involved in the industry as an FAASTeam Representative and advocate for helicopter safety.
