Conference Hotel

NBAA has secured discounted group rates for the 2020 International Operators Conference at The Westin Charlotte.

Reservation Policy: In an effort to ensure room availability, NBAA has implemented the following booking policy: All reservations made within NBAA’s contracted group rate room block will require a one-night advance payment that will be refundable only if a reservation is canceled before February 3, 2020, by 6 p.m. (PST). Reservations made after February 3, 2020, will require a non-refundable, one-night advance payment.

Standard cancellation policy information or terms provided in reservation confirmation messages or by reservation agents may inaccurately reflect the deposit conditions that apply to reservations made within NBAA’s negotiated group rate room block as outlined above.

Important Notice: Some conference attendees have been contacted by third-party housing agencies to book hotel rooms for the event. NBAA does not have a housing partner for this event. Attendees are encouraged to reserve hotel rooms directly with The Westin Charlotte using the link below.
