Transportation
From Charlotte Douglas International Airport
Just 7 miles away, the drive from the Charlotte Douglas International Airport to the convention center district. For a one-way trip to or from Uptown, taxis cost a flat rate of $25 and a hybrid-electric Sprinter Bus Service costs $2.25. Ride-share services from Uber and Lyft are also available, with designated meeting locations at baggage claim.

Bike Share
For those looking to get a little exercise, the Charlotte BCycle program offers bikes in downtown Charlotte with several stations, including a station on South College Street, right in front of the convention center. Parking at the Charlotte Convention Center
Parking is available at prevailing rates in parking lots and towers surrounding the Charlotte Convention Center, including:
- The NASCAR Hall of Fame parking deck is located at 500 S. Brevard St. and conveniently connected to the Charlotte Convention Center via a pedestrian walkway.
- The Westin Charlotte hotel also offers more than 1,300 spaces, conveniently located on the corner of Stonewall and College streets, across the street from the Charlotte Convention Center.
- Metered parking is available along many of the main streets in Center City. Some parking garages offer parking after 5 p.m. at reduced rates.
