2021 NBAA-BACE Aircraft Display
The aircraft display brings together the world’s most cutting edge business aircraft in one venue. Held at Henderson Executive Airport, the NBAA-BACE aircraft display allows business aircraft buyers from around the globe to evaluate a wide spectrum of aircraft options in person.

Due to a high-wind warning at Henderson Executive Airport, with expected gusts of up to 60 mph, NBAA has made the decision to discontinue all event operations at the airport, in accordance with the association’s focus on the safety of all exhibitors and attendees.
Exhibitors will be permitted to return to the event site at 6 a.m. PT on Tuesday, Oct. 12, 2021. Attendees will be permitted onto the event site at 12 p.m. PT. NBAA-BACE aircraft display hours will be expanded past the traditional 6 p.m. PDT closure to 7 p.m. PDT.
The temporary weather closure applies only to show-related activities Henderson Executive Airport.
Henderson Executive Airport itself will remain open to operations not related to NBAA-BACE.
The Las Vegas Convention Center will remain fully open to all NBAA-BACE attendees and exhibitors.

Face Coverings
CDC and TSA orders require face masks to be worn at all indoor areas of Henderson Executive Airport. This includes chalets, restrooms and the registration tent.
This requirement does not apply while outdoors, onboard aircraft on display, to individuals actively eating or drinking or to individuals working alone in a private office.

Severe Weather Policy
When there is a severe weather warning or actual severe weather, NBAA will close the aircraft display and work with exhibitors to evacuate and secure the site. When there is a forecast for severe weather or possible winds in excess of 35 knots, NBAA will advise attendees and exhibitors of the possibility that the aircraft display may close. When the actual winds are in excess of 45 knots, NBAA will close the aircraft display and instruct all attendees to seek shelter. If the airport authority closes the airport for any reason, NBAA will close the aircraft display for the duration of the airport-directed closing.
Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
