2022 Small Operator Symposium

The Small Operator Symposium is a half-day event focused on small flight department management and operations. Small flight department managers will be able to participate in audience-captivating sessions on how to balance the many moving parts of operating and managing their flight department all while maintaining and fostering an environment built for safety. Subject matter experts will lead discussions and opportunities for audience activities and engagement throughout each session.

The Small Operator Symposium will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m on Monday, Oct. 17, in conjunction with NBAA’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE).
