1:45-3:00 p.m	Staffing a Small Department – Retention & Compensation New flight departments are recruiting across the industry, creating new competition for small operators to maintain their workforce. Experts will engage the audience in a discussion about retention and compensation strategies that are actually feasible in small departments.
3:00-3:15 p.m	Break
3:15-4:15 p.m.	Ask the Experts Business aviation is constantly changing and operators will always have questions on a variety of topics, so this open panel discussion will provide a chance to ask those questions. Experts on safety, operations and workforce retention will discuss how to operate more effectively and safely in a dynamic aviation environment.
4:15-4:30 p.m.	Closing Remarks
