Parking
Parking for the White Plains Regional Forum is located on the west side of the airport. Follow signs on-site for Regional Forum parking.
Move-In – Tuesday, June 13
During the exhibitor setup period from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., have your parking pass visible in your windshield or on your smartphone to access the exhibitor valet parking. You will be able to unload your vehicle with the assistance of complimentary Freeman porters. Security can direct you to the valet area after your parking pass is verified. There is NO access to parking at the FBO. Please follow the NBAA signs to the event.
Show Day – Wednesday, June 14
Exhibitor move-in and valet parking opens at 7 a.m. Be sure to have your parking pass visible in your windshield or on your smartphone for the valet attendant.
NBAA will provide complimentary shuttle service from the attendee and exhibitor parking lot during show day. Exhibitors are strongly encouraged to take advantage of this service.

Any person who attends an NBAA convention, conference, seminar or other program grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents (collectively "NBAA") to record his or her visual/audio images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.
