About the Venue

Exhibits will be located at Fort Worth Convention Center in Halls A – F.

Education sessions will be held in the second level meeting rooms in the Fort Worth Convention Center.

Accommodations for Attendees with Disabilities

NBAA will provide reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities who make their situations known to NBAA personnel. Reasonable accommodations are those that do not create an undue hardship on NBAA, change the nature of scheduled events or activities, or pose a safety or health threat to other attendees.

For safety reasons, only officially-approved vehicles are permitted to operate within the exhibit hall at the Fort Worth Convention Center. Individuals with disabilities who wish to use power-driven mobility devices at SDC2024 must contact NBAA at exhibits@nbaa.org for approval. It is the policy of NBAA that these vehicles be specifically used for handicapped individuals and exhibit the stability required to operate around exhibits.

Only trained service animals with proper supervision are permitted at SDC2024.

Badges/Registration

• All exhibitors and attendees are required to wear a badge while attending SDC2024 at the Fort Worth Convention Center.
• Once issued, badges are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual named on the badge.
• Name substitutions for badge registrations are only permitted prior to badges being issued.
• NBAA may remove from the event, and deny reentry to, any individual who is found to have sold, lent or otherwise transferred a badge or who uses another individual’s badge to access the event.

Bag/Coat Check

Bag and coat check will be available on March 12-14 from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the Fort Worth Convention Center for a nominal fee.

Children

Children less than 12 years old are not permitted on the SDC2024 exhibit floor under any circumstances.

Children 12 years old and older are permitted in exhibit areas during exhibit hours with a SDC2024 badge, provided they are accompanied by an adult at all times.

Children will not be permitted in exhibit areas during installation and teardown.

Dress

Dress for SDC2024 is business casual, both on the exhibit floor and in education sessions.

First Aid

A first aid station will be available onsite at the Fort Worth Convention Center and staffed by an EMT during the official event hours.

Hotel & Transportation

Travel with ease and experience all SDC2024 has to offer by arriving in advance of this year’s exciting event. Settle in March 11 to enjoy the sites and local attractions of Fort Worth, TX, or arrive to the convention center early morning to enjoy three full days of immersive education sessions and an unmatched networking experience. If you’re looking to enhance your professional development and career opportunities, additional information will be available early December for upcoming NBAA Professional Development Program (PDP) courses starting Sunday, March 10 through Monday, March 11.

Lost & found is located at SDC2024 Registration.

Meals

In addition to the SDC2024 Welcome Reception in the exhibit hall, your registration includes morning refreshment breaks and lunches daily, as well as afternoon snacks.

Pets

No pets, with the exception of service animals, will be permitted at the conference at any time, including on the show floor and in meeting rooms

Photo Use Permission

Any person who attends an NBAA event grants permission to NBAA, its employees and agents to record his or her images, including, but not limited to, photographs, digital images, voices, sound or video recordings, audio clips, or accompanying written descriptions, and, without notifying such person, to use his or her name and such images for any purpose of NBAA, including advertisements for NBAA and its programs.

Smoking

SDC2024 is a smoke-free event. All smoking, including electronic or vapor cigarettes, is prohibited at SDC2024.
