Premium placement includes priority one exhibit space placement, allowing exhibitors to choose their preferred location, and one additional complimentary exhibitor badge (a $825 value) for each 10-foot by 10-foot space reserved. The premium placement option is only available until Nov. 17, 2023.

Exhibit Options

Exhibitors may purchase inline booths in various sizes or a 20-foot x 20-foot or 20-foot x 30-foot island space.

Inline booths share a common back wall or side with other exhibits and have only one side exposed to the aisle.

Island spaces are surrounded by aisles on all four sides.

  • Full use of island exhibit space is permitted.
  • Hard walls are permitted on no more than 50% of perimeter walls.
  • All exposed walls must be finished.
  • Ceilings are not permitted.
  • Booths may have only one exhibit level.
  • NEW for 2024! Hanging signs and four rigging points are permitted in island spaces.
  • Stand drawings must be submitted to NBAA in advance for approval. Details on stand drawings will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Exhibitor Badges

Exhibitors are allotted complementary exhibitor badges based upon the size of their booth purchase. Exhibitor badges are required for all booth staff. Exhibitor badges provide access to education sessions in addition to exhibit areas.
