NBAA’s Business Aviation Management Committee recently conducted research to determine why some business pilots have left the industry for the airlines, and they found the reason was because “the airlines are hiring like crazy,” said the committee’s Chris Broyhill, CAM, vice president of consulting at The Mente Group. The good news is that the business aviation industry has many good reasons for workers to stay, and there are several steps companies can take to retain their seasoned talent.
