General aviation groups are working to get out a message of opposition to ATC, and that effort continued to be in focus at NBAA’s Business Aviation Convention & Exhibition (NBAA-BACE). “At NBAA-BACE we had a team of representatives from ATCNotForSale.com, which is the grassroots effort by the entire general aviation community to oppose this legislation,” said Scott O’Brien, NBAA’s senior director for government affairs. “During show we had tens of thousands of people sending letters from ipads directly to their members of Congress.”
