The International Business Aviation Council (IBAC) recently welcomed back Kathy Perfetti as senior advisor, regulatory affairs. She will serve as the IBAC observer on the Flight Operations Panel of the International Civil Aviation Organization, and as a member of the General Aviation Subgroup. Perfetti had previously directed IBAC’s International Standard for Business Aircraft Operations from 2007 to 2011, and also spent 29 years with the FAA. “My role will be more of an industry advisor to provide the information to help government officials with their decision making, to be that liaison, to carry that industry voice to the table,” she said.
