One of the best ways to keep successful employees is to invest in their professional development, and encouraging them to pursue NBAA’s Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) program can help. “Personal growth in the workplace is tantamount to an employee’s success,” said CAM Governing Board Chair Jamie Stember. “We want to identify the future managers, and those who are already in those roles, we want them to get the certification and inspire others to do the same.”
