New NBAA Seminar Explains FAA Rule on Fractional Operations and Modifications to Part 135 On-Demand Operations

Orlando, FL, October 8, 2003 – The National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) announces a series of one-day seminars to explain the new FAA rule on fractional aircraft operations and modifications to Part 135 on-demand operations. The new regulations were published in the September 17, 2003 Federal Register as the Fractional Aircraft Ownership Programs and On-Demand Operations Final Rule.

This NBAA seminar will review the critical components of the rule and explain the significance to each of the segments impacted: fractional share owners, on-demand charter operators, management companies and fractional program operators. Additionally, issues associated with international operations, aircraft registration, finance and taxes will be addressed.

The following dates and locations have been selected:

  • December 5, 2003 in White Plains, NY
  • January 20, 2004 in Van Nuys, CA
  • February 20, 2004 in Dallas, TX
  • June 25, 2004 in Chicago, IL
