His first exposure to business aviation was through a visit to a large corporate flight department in high school, where the pilots’ stories and the aircraft they flew set him on a career in business aviation.
“I find it most rewarding when I can give back to the business aviation community by speaking with young people interested in joining our industry,” said Franza. “I’ve had the opportunity to connect with students of all ages and young professionals and share some of my own experiences and advice.”
