While he loves to fly, business was always his focus, attending Ohio State University’s aviation program and business school. He joined Ventura Air Services to grow their flight school and is now the COO.
“This is a challenging business. There are factors outside of our control that can have a huge effect on profitability, customer experience, employee satisfaction and workload. The challenge, and overcoming it every day, is the biggest reward,” said Wolf. “The learning and growth possibilities are limitless and participating in our industry has resulted in some incredibly close personal connections over the years.”
