A need to develop guidance on conducting upright transactions in business aviation led NBAA’s Business Aviation Management Committee (BAMC) to create an ethics statement. “We’re measured by the successes and failures of all of our colleagues, and if we don’t understand that then we’re missing the big picture,” said Jad Donaldson, past BAMC chair and director of aviation at Harley-Davidson.
