Certified Aviation Managers (CAMs) are advancing their careers as well as leading the business aviation industry into the future. As NBAA certifies the 500th CAM, Tyler Austin, senior manager, certification at NBAA, explains the value of the CAM program as a recruitment tool for business aviation professionals. “It’s really becoming that credential that people are looking for when hiring new professionals,” he said. “It’s also used as succession planning within existing departments when they’re looking to promote from within.” Learn more about NBAA’s CAM program in this week’s NBAA Flight Plan podcast.
