Women’s History Month offers an opportunity to learn more about the contributions of female aviation pioneers and reflect on ways our industry can encourage future generations of women to enter business aviation. That includes outreach by those already working in the industry. “I think it’s incredibly important that not only are we reaching out to the students,” notes Bombardier’s Tonya Sudduth, “but to the influencers – their teachers, their parents – trying to make sure that we all are sharing the story that [this is] a super exciting industry.”
