NBAA’s Certified Aviation Manager program identifies professionals who have acquired enough in-depth knowledge to lead business aviation organizations. Today, three recently accredited CAMs discuss how they prepared for the exam and what the greater meaning of CAM recognition is to their career goals. “Always remain a student,” said AirFlite’s Joe Davis. “Self-improvement was key for me to stay on top of the industry changes and developments, as well as gaining a better understanding of what motivated and drove the flight department.”
