May 2, 2022

NBAA’s annual list of Business Aviation’s Top 40 Under 40 recognizes young professionals who are driving innovation across our industry. Nominations for this year’s Top 40 Under 40 awards are due by June 10. Today, three past honorees offer their advice for those seeking to nominate a YoPro to be part of this select group. “Be as thorough as possible when it comes to their professional achievements, as well as their community service,” recommends 2018 honoree Erin Croop. “Those are both big factors that go into the process of evaluating 40 Under 40 nominations.”

In this episode of NBAA’s “Flight Plan,” host Rob Finfrock speaks with:
  • Erin Croop, marketing coordinator, base operations at Page Field (KFMY), a 2018 Top 40 Under 40 honoree
  • Ian Lumpp, publisher, Business Air Magazine, a 2019 Top 40 Under 40 honoree
  • Jamie Muñoz, general manager, Galaxy FBO, Addison Airport (ADS), a 2020 Top 40 Under 40 honoree
