Aug, 29,  2022

Today, three business aviation professionals who have earned credentials through NBAA’s Certified Aviation Manager (CAM) program offer their thoughts on one of the industry’s most vexing challenges: how to attract the next generation of aviation professionals to our industry. “Flight departments [must] get out there to the local high schools, to the trade schools and to the universities,” notes Lisa Archambeau, CAM, “and invite the students in and show them what business aviation is.”
In this episode of NBAA’s “Flight Plan,” host Rob Finfrock speaks with:
  • Lisa Archambeau, CAM, vice-president, facilitator and strategist for ServiceElements
  • Scott Rodgers, CAM, aviation department manager with Cryogenic Processors
  • Carrie Wicht, CAM, aviation manager at Harley-Davidson Motor Company
