The market for pre-owned business aircraft remained red-hot throughout 2022. While it’s hard to predict how economic uncertainties and geopolitical strife may affect aircraft demand, the outlook for 2023 remains positive. “The markets are starting to normalize, and buyers are starting to become more rational,” notes Zipporah Marmor, board chair of the International Aircraft Dealers Association. “The frenzy of the last 12 to 24 months has calmed down quite a bit, and we see this as healthy for our industry.”
In this episode of NBAA’s “Flight Plan,” host Rob Finfrock speaks with:
- Richard Aboulafia, managing director, AeroDynamic Advisory
- Zipporah Marmor, vice president of aircraft transactions at ACASS and board chair, International Aircraft Dealers Association (IADA)
- Rollie Vincent, president, Rolland Vincent & Associates
