2023 NBAA PDP Course: Elevating Your Leadership, Versatility and Influence

Is leadership an art? A science? A theory? Based on reality? As you have experienced, leadership is a hands-on set of shifting actions while staying true to your values and your ethics.

This two-day, invitation only course is designed to maximize discussions and the exchange of best practices, while adding new tools to your leadership toolbox. You can expect to stretch your thinking, see situations from a variety of perspectives and build upon questions to ask. You will learn how to avoid common performance plan pitfalls while fostering a strong and supportive safety culture.

In addition to the in-depth discussions, the course material includes participants taking the EQi2 assessment. This tool pinpoints specific leadership capabilities, including decision making, impulse control, flexibility and stress tolerance in addition to self-awareness, self-expression and interpersonal skills. This report will serve as a basis for your personal and professional growth plan. A short one-on-one debrief will also be available to those who would like it.
