2023 NBAA PDP Course: Practical Business and General Aviation Leadership and Influencing Skills

Held in conjunction with the 2023 NBAA Leadership Conference, this one-day course focuses on skills and tools needed by aviation professionals looking to develop their leadership knowledge and address today’s industry challenges and opportunities. Participants will leave energized and ready to foster team engagement, improve communication, encourage collaboration, motivate and influence others, raise performance, and build an overall culture of safety and service.
