Applicant must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Submit

    1. Completed Scholarship Application Online

    2. A Current One Page Resume

    3. A 500-750 Word Essay

    4. Two signed letters of recommendation specifically relating to scholarship qualifications. Letters must be signed manually or electronically and include a contact phone number for the individual signing the letter. The letters must be dated no earlier than November of 2023



  • Complete all training within 12 months of receiving the scholarship award.

The NBAA Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Committee is dedicated to promoting education and training as a means for business aviation flight attendants and flight technicians to enhance their professional careers. To support this position, NBAA offers aspiring and current flight attendants/flight technicians the opportunity to receive scholarships in conjunction with the following donors:

  • Abby’s Catering – $450 monetary donation
  • Air Culinaire Worldwide – 1 Scholarship Donated: Initial or Recurrent Training with Davinci Inflight
  • Aircare International FACTS Training – The recipient’s choice of either Initial Cabin Safety and Emergency Procedures Training or Recurrent Cabin Safety and Emergency Procedures Training plus the option to add the 1-day Hospitality Training Course
  • Clay Lacy – $720 monetary donation
  • Commercial 2 Corporate – 5 Awards: Online E-Learning Wine While You Fly Courses.
  • Confidence in the Air by Heidi Cole – 1 Award: Confidence in The Air Coaching (Professional confidence building coaching group)
  • The Corporate School of Etiquette by Donna Casacchia – 3 Day Culinary Arts & Service Training
  • Dallas Coffee Community – Aircare FACTS Recurrent Training Course.
  • Dassault Falcon Jet – $1000 monetary donation
  • Davinci Inflight Training Institute – 1 Davinci Service Elite -2 Day Training; 1 Choice of either Initial (5 day) or Recurrent (2 Day) Cabin Safety Training.
  • Euler Products – $500 monetary donation
  • Flightess by Jamie Gibson – Flightess Mentorship Program for 1 calendar year.
  • FlightSafety International – 1 Award: Initial Corporate Cabin Attendant Training; 1 Award: General Emergency Training
  • MedAire – Management of Inflight Illness & Injury Training
  • Million Air Dallas – $1,000 monetary donation
  • NBAA – Cost to cover registration to the 2025 NBAA Leadership Conference in Amelia Island, FL
  • Sajet Solutions – 1 Award: Professional You (Online workshop to master the art of self-marketing)-1 Award: Professional You + Coaching Services Bundle (Online workshop to master the art of self-marketing + resume services, virtual coaching and interview prep)
  • Solairus – $2500 monetary donation
  • Train Aviation – Delivering Luxury in the Sky Silver Service Online or in Person Training
  • Video Valet – $1000 monetary donation

Donors will make scholarship awards available to recipients selected by the NBAA Flight Attendants Committee.

Flight Attendants/Flight Technicians Scholarship awards will be redeemable under the conditions established by NBAA and its donors, and applicants are limited to receiving one award per person every other year; i.e., recipients of the 2023 scholarship are not eligible to apply in 2024, but they will be eligible to apply again in 2025.

Recipients are responsible for costs associated with the scholarship, such as travel and lodging expenses, unless otherwise noted.
