NBAA’s Small Operator Learning Series (SOLS) is a valuable online resource featuring an expanding number of educational modules geared toward meeting the informational needs of single pilots and small flight departments. Subjects addressed in SOLS include securing letters of authorization, operational safety, budgeting, insurance and some of the other basics of managing a small flight department, notes Dylan Miller, a captain for a small operator. “You don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Let us share our knowledge with you.”
